Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently provide direct-to-site delivery of heavy construction materials across Tamil Nadu. Availability is subject to road access for heavy commercial vehicles (trucks and tractors).

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on the distance to the site and material availability. You will receive a confirmation call before dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order (tonnage) and the distance from our nearest warehouse to your delivery pincode. The final shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to you prior to final billing.

4. Unloading Responsibilities

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, our delivery service does not include unloading labor. The customer is responsible for providing sufficient labor or machinery (e.g., cranes/forklifts) at the site to safely unload heavy materials like TMT bundles and pallets of cement within a reasonable timeframe upon the truck's arrival.
